(Round 1=30 reps each, Round 2=20 reps, Round 3=15 reps, Round 4=10 reps)
1. Sumo Deadlifts- High Pulls (SDHP)
2. Pushups
3. Box Jumps-medium box or aerobic step
4. Kettlebell swings (Use dumbells)
5. 400 meter run after each round (treadmill or track)
