King Kong "150"
 For Time: 

50 Jumping Pullups
40 Thrusters                             95lbs /80lbs   
30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls        65 lbs /55lbs
20 L-Pullups
10 Deadlifts                               135lbs

Pick the heaviest possible weight that allows you to finish the exercise. Make sure you are performing exercise correctly!
