Complete 3 rounds for time:

5 Push Ups
Sprint 120 yards (3/4 of lap on track)
10 Push Ups
Sprint 90 yards (1/2 lap on track)
15 Push Ups
Sprint 60 yards (straight away)
20 Push Ups
Sprint 30 yards

*rest 45 seconds between rounds
