300 yard Shuttle Run Test-Report Time /Run 5 Shuttles
The 300-yard shuttle is a very tough agility movement. Set up a cone 25 yards from starting spot.You will be running a twenty-five yard distance. The
objective is to sprint between the lines as quickly as possible until 12 which equals 300 yards. The goal is to complete the drill
in less than 60 seconds when doing the 25 yard course.
Repeat 3 – 5 times
