Monday 8/6/2012 WOD
Varsity
Light Run and Stretch-Prepare for Camp on Friday-Get all paperwork completed and in.

x 10 yard sprints (3 sec rest in between each sprint))/ 6 x 20 yards (5 sec
rest)/ 4 x30 yards (10 sec rest). Rest in between sets = 2 min. Goal is for
each sprint 100%
Conditioning
50 Box jumps, 24 inch box or
stairs
50 steps Walking Lunge
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders (Jump Rope)
