Transition Workout

Squats                                                              1 x 12, 1 x 8, 2 x 6
Dumbell Rear Dead Lift                                 1 x 12, 2 x 8
Seated Rows                                                   1 x 12, 2 x 8
Bench Press                                                    1 x 12, 1 x 8, 2 x 6
Pullups                                                             2 x 10
DB Curls to Press                                           3 x 12
Tricep Pushdowns                                           3 x 12
Core exercises                                                5 minutes

You can add exercises but you can’t do less than what is prescribed.

    Dumbell curls to press 3X12 at 25lbs
    Tricep push downs 3X12 at 80lbs
    Seated Row 12 at 100lbs 2X8 at 110lbs
    Pull ups 20
    Dumbell dead lift 12 at 45lbs 2X8 at 50lbs
    Squat 12 at 135lbs 8 at 205lbs 2X6 at 215lbs
    Core 5 min
