Dumbell Rear Dead Lift 1 x 12, 2 x 8
Seated Rows 1 x 12, 2 x 8
Bench Press 1 x 12, 1 x 8, 2 x 6
Pullups 2 x 10
DB Curls to Press 3 x 12
Tricep Pushdowns 3 x 12
Core exercises 5 minutes
You can add exercises but you can’t
do less than what is prescribed.
