“Competition Day”
For Time
·         20 pushups to start
·         Sprint 25 yds. with sled 20 Burpees
·         Sprint 25 yds. w/o sled-20 Kettlebells
·         Sprint 25 yds. w/o sled-20 Box Jumps
·         Sprint 25 yds. with sled-20 Wall Balls
·         Sprint 25 yds. w/o sled-20 Air Squats

Sled is loaded with 45 lb. plate. Use Blue Gym only.
