Pursuing greatness is under our own control.
Cornerstone soccer must come to mean “pride, excellence, and success” in every
venture at every moment. Everything that bears our name is a reflection of who
we are and excellence must prevail at every moment. Every practice has to be
our best practice, every game has to be our best game. Cornerstone must be
something current students, men’s soccer alum and the West Michigan community
will be excited to align themselves with. “Excellence is deliberate actions-ordinary
in themselves, performed consistently, carefully, and compounded together,
added up over time.”
