Friday 6/15/2012: You are going to love

For Time (see Crossfit 6/12/2012 for video)
Run 1600 meters (1 mile) followed by 150 Double-Unders
(jump rope) followed by 50 Burpees
Run 800 meters (1/2 mile) followed by 100 Double-Unders
(jump rope) followed by 35 Burpees
Run 400 meters (1/4 mile) followed by 50 Double-Unders
(jump rope) followed by 20 Burpees
