We must learn how to effectively Communicate
"If a teammate hurts/offends you, go and tell him—work it out between the two of you. If he listens, you've made a friend. If he won't listen, take one or two others along so that the presence of witnesses will keep things honest, and try again. If he still won't listen, tell the Coaching Staff and Captains. If he won't listen, you'll have to start over from scratch, confront him with the need for repentance, and offer again God's forgiving love.” (Matthew 18:15-17)

1. Max Handstand Push Ups in 5 minutes
2. Max Pull Ups in 4 minutes
3. Max Push Ups in 3 minutes
4. Max Dips in 2 minutes
*Set the clock for 15 minutes, complete max reps of each movement for the designated time
