How to Perform the 300-Yard Shuttle
  • Assume athletic stance on starting line
  • Sprint for  for 25 (Blue Gym) or 50 yards (Main Gym); stop and change direction
  • Sprint back to starting line; stop and change direction
  • Repeat two more times for a total of 300 yards
  • Sets/Reps: 1x2 with 5 minutes rest
Coaching Points
  • Sprint as quickly as possible
  • Aim to complete drill in 55-60 seconds
