How to Perform the 300-Yard Shuttle
- Assume athletic stance on starting line
- Sprint for for 25 (Blue Gym) or 50 yards (Main Gym); stop and change direction
- Sprint back to starting line; stop and change direction
- Repeat two more times for a total of 300 yards
- Sets/Reps: 1x2 with 5 minutes rest
Coaching Points
- Sprint as quickly as possible
- Aim to complete drill in 55-60 seconds
